About Kelly Ruddell

A Pennsylvania native, Kelly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama before moving to New York City where she began her career in public relations and marketing at Diane von Furstenberg. Kelly transitioned to representing hospitality clients in 2011 when she moved to Atlanta and quickly gained an interest in the restaurant industry after working with several successful local chefs and restaurateurs. She went on to partner to open Upbeet, a popular fast-casual restaurant brand that grossed over $4 million in sales in its first year.

 

Always having a passion for real estate, Kelly made a pivotal career move in 2021. She joined forces with Katie as a licensed real estate agent in 2022 and brought with her a wealth of knowledge in operations, branding, and design. Her commitment to building authentic relationships aligns seamlessly with her dedication to ensuring clients feel acknowledged and supported throughout every stage of a real estate transaction.

 

Kelly and her husband Michael are members of Passion City Church and enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with their new baby girl at their home in Vinings.
