Katie grew up in a real estate family and learned the business firsthand from her father, Mitchell Brannen, founder of the successful commercial real estate firm NAI Brannen Goddard. Katie’s deep understanding of the local market, and passion for helping her clients, have produced tremendous results and a legion of loyal clients.
After graduating from Woodward Academy, Katie went to Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in business/marketing. Katie then traveled to Paris to study at the prestigious Parsons School of Design.
Katie is deeply involved in giving back to the Atlanta community through her philanthropic work with the Special Olympics of Georgia, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Serenity Steps, Skyland Trails, and Compassion International.
A resident of Tuxedo Park, Katie and her son Ren are members of Northside United Methodist Church and enjoy tennis at Cherokee Town & Country Club. You can find them most weekends at NYO games or cheering on their favorite home team, the Atlanta Braves!
