About Katie McGuirk

An Atlanta native, Katie McGuirk is a leading luxury real estate advisor with more than $600 million in career sales. A 2026 Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle member, she is known not only for her market expertise and strategic negotiation, but for her dynamic personality and deep community connections.

Raised in a real estate family, Katie learned the business firsthand from her father, Mitchell Brannen, founder of NAI Brannen Goddard. A graduate of Woodward Academy and Auburn University, she pairs that generational foundation with an instinctive understanding of Atlanta’s most sought-after neighborhoods and a strong presence in the city’s social and philanthropic circles. Widely regarded as a connector, Katie brings people together, introducing clients to trusted advisors, off-market opportunities, and lasting relationships that often extend well beyond the transaction.

 Her team’s recognition as a top-producing small team in Buckhead and companywide reflects not only performance, but reputation and trust built over time.

Katie is deeply committed to serving the Atlanta community and actively supports organizations including Special Olympics of Georgia, Serenity Steps, Skyland Trail, Compassion International, and Atlanta’s Children’s Shelter.

She lives in Tuxedo Park, where her son is in third grade at Westminster. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, tennis at Cherokee Town & Country Club, and spending time with family and friends, often cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
